Dr. Allison Glover, the owner of the company, is a consummate bilingual professional, a trained interpreter, and a versatile translator. She brings to the table 20+ years of practical experience, a Ph.D. in Spanish, proven communication and conflict resolution skills, and multiple awards for teaching excellence.
Allison has a passion for supporting diverse, global communities. Her record of cultivating awareness of intersectionality and building inclusive spaces for all parties serves her well in both academic and nonprofit settings. She also offers a comprehensive understanding of the ever-changing legislative and political landscapes, as well as the ability to nurture relationships and promote collegiality with administrators, educators, healthcare professionals, immigrants, legal counsel, social workers, and students.
